Soil: Clayey, sandy marly

Training system: Guyot

Defense methods: Biological Conversion

Harvest: Second ten days of September

Collection: Manual

Vinification: 12 hours of maceration on the skins at room temperature and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation

Aging: Large wooden barrels for 12 months and 12 months in steel tanks

Serving temperature: 12-14°C

Alcohol: 13.5% vol
